Usage warning SMS

In order to assist you to manage your bill cycle spend, we provide SMS Spend Alerts at free of charge.

Currently there are three levels of spend alerts:

Hard Cap

If you are at all concerned about your monthly spend on your Mobile Plan, please contact us as soon as possible to have your account changed to a Hard Cap type.

This means that once you reach the included call value you will not be able to make any further calls.

Please note however that while you are under your Hard Cap, you can still make chargeable calls to premium numbers & the like

Not all charges will necessarily appear on your bill in the month in which it occurs. Occasionally there may be delays in charges being passed onto us by our wholesalers. We are not permitted to bill you for any charges older than 160 days.
